Oh how funny! In Ithaca one can do what Paul is doing, but here in Raleigh, you might get picked up and put in the nut house for a night! I kind of miss the statue of Sir Walter Raleigh on the mall as I would say hi to him all the time. He now resides in front of our convention center. A couple of years ago they dressed him in a pink tutu and a pink feather in his hat for the breast cancer run!
