So much driving so many miles. Wyoming was the worst for some reason.It feels like a marathon. I give my husband credit though as he is doing ALL of the driing. I do not pass semis and driving fast is just not what I do. We made it to Chicago in 4 days. People are crazy driers in Chicago. YES there were back ups but the weirdest thing is that when you cross into the city there is a sign that tells you how many parking spaces are left.
We had a lovely dinner with Pauls cousin Cecelia and we walked around in the lovely serene neighborhood and saw the wonderful creations of Frank Lloyd Wright, Absolutely great. Today the museum of Science and Industry and then off to Michigan to visit Aunt Bernie.
Isn't that neat that they let you know in Chicago that there ARE parking spots left! The museum looks fabulous. Where in Michigan are you going? Have a great time and I am guess you are going to be back in NY by Tuesday of next week.
