We have very few phone booths left in Raleigh. I kind of miss them, especially when my cell phone was on the fritz for three days. AT&T was upgrading our bars from what I heard. Were you in Tonapah, Nevada?
Amazing to think that once we travelled for hours before finally pulling over at a phone booth to give a progress report to our loved ones. Now if people want to know where you are they just call your cell and get the answer instantaneously. No wonder the world is full of impatient people!
